Helen Mirren has  kept up her self up over the years to be looking as great as she does.  She has a better body at age 61 than most of the women these days at age 30.  Every woman needs to maintain herself at any age, and Helen's examples gives us something to look forward to.  The bible tells us that we are not to be vein about ourselves but we are also told to that our body should be a temple so we should respect how we treat it.  Being the best you can be is not running after every plastic surgery available, or becoming something that changes who you naturally are.   Plastic surgery is not wrong, but in excess it can be detrimental to your looks.   Helen Mirren does radiate a sense of self confidence which is beautiful.   She just happens to be quite stunning, and it does give us something to look forward to.
