Oscar award-winning Helen Mirren at age 61 has been voted the world’s sexiest older woman, according to a Sun newspaper poll. Helen Mirren has obviously kept up her self up over the years to be looking this great. She has a better body at age 61 than most of the population at age 25. Every girl needs to maintain herself at any age. It is not a matter of being vein to keep yourself in good shape and health, but our body should be a temple that we respect. Being the best you can be is not running after every plastic surgury available, or becoming something that changes who you naturally are. Every mother should explain to their young teenage girls that most models are airbrushed in order to look the way they do in fashion magazines. What I do enjoy about Helen Mirren, is she does radiate a sense of self confidence that is beautiful. She just happens to be quite stunning, and it does give us something to look forward to. being that we can age like she does with glamour and style.
