 Have you ever tried a shampoo that left your hair silky as though you had just deep conditioned it? When I first tried Cal-Ben's shampoo, I was astonished with how my hair felt after a simple shampoo that I immediately threw away my cheap and overpriced soaps in the garbage.  Many women find themselves slaving over dozens of deep conditioning treatments that simply don't work.   Every woman at one point of her life has noticed some sort of reaction to the harsh chemicals either on the skin or in the hair. Sadly, after buying a deep hair conditioner sold on the shelf in my local Target caused my hair to fall out, that today organic is the only way I go. The fact is, that when you use dozens of chemicals in your shampoo, conditioner, leave in conditioner and styling products, it will cause damage over time.  Trying to locate a deep conditioner that is all-together organic while being effectiveis hard to find. While many of us reach into our refrigerators to grab that natural mayo, (which does a pretty awesome job) there must be great organic deep conditioners made to do a great job while using all organic ingredients. Curls Curl Ecstasy Hair Tea Deep Conditioner by Curls, and claims to transform dry, damaged, chemically processed or overly stressed hair. This product is meant for deep conditioning only, not just the quick 5-10 min conditioner we use in the shower. Heat must be used to get the maximum benefits of this product. The bottle comes with a fair bit of product and should last about 4 deep conditioning treatments. Although this product was not made for African-American hair type 4b, it is marketed for those hair types. The reviews on Amazon are mixed. Some people claim it works really well for their hair, and others say it was not as great as an Organic product should be. T Crunch left an interesting comment on amazon "Quaternium 15 is a formaldehyde releasing preservative, meaning it dissociates to formaldehyde when mixed with water. Not a good choice in preservatives and frankly amazing that high end conditioners go cheap and toxic on preservatives" (Read More.....)
